Carlito’s Way follows the life of Carlito Brigante after he is released from prison and vows to go straight and retire. IMDB Rating: 7.9/10 Choke (1999) Done in documentary style, Choke takes an introspective look at the men involved in the 1995 Vale Tudo World Fighting Championship in Tokyo. Delving into the life of the undefeated and undisputed world freestyle fighting champion Rickson Gracie, a 30-year-old jujitsu expert from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the documentary also explores the world of two men expected to offer a serious challenge to Gracie: American heavyweight kickboxer Todd Hays and Japanese shootfighting heavyweight champion Koichiro Kimura. Chow plays the assassin Ah Jong, who accidentally damages the eyes of a singer named Jennie (Sally Yeh) during a shootout. IMDB Rating: 8/10 The Untouchables (1987) Directed by Brian De Palma and written by David Mamet, The Untouchables stars Kevin Costner as a government agent named Eliot Ness. It also stars Robert De Niro as gang leader Al Capone and Sean Connery as Irish-American officer Jimmy Malone (based on the real life agent and member of the “Untouchables” Irish-American Marty Lahart). Following the success of last year’s Quai 54 Jordan releases, Nike has once again announced the latest addition to its Quai 54 line. Inspired by the annual Quai 54 streetball tournament in Paris, Nike will be gracing the Air Jordan 2 with a luxurious new take for the event. The Europe-exclusive release will see the Air Jordan 2 in a predominantly off-white upper, SAUCONY SHADOW 6000 CHAUSSURES adorned with hits of golden Quai 54 branding throughout. The lower portion of the upper will be composed of premium leather, while the panels closer to the tongue will see suede being used. The insole will feature the official Quai 54 logo surrounded by the text “Quai 54 Streetball Championship” NIKE AIR MAX 2017 . Gold lace eyelets and a gold heelcup complete the look; with “P75” branding on the left side, you can assume that these will release exclusively at the NikeLab P75 store in Paris.
